Jako Management Assistant budeš hlavně zodpovědný/á za chod kanceláře a recepce, organizaci školení, meetingů, firemních akcí a další interní administrativní agendy. Dále tě čeká úzká spolupráce s Management Assistant z HQ v Českých Budějovicích, se kterou budeš plně zastupitelný/á.

You should be a top communicator, capable of effective communication, building close relationships with our clients, and demonstrating grammatically correct and professional writing and communication skills. You should have proven project management skills. As our Controlling Specialist – Trade Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Management by Objectives (MBO) across our organisation. This involves collaborating with various teams to establish the MBO requirements, identifying key performance indicators, effectively communicating targets and key results. You'll closely monitor progress through regular check-ins, performance reviews and metrics, providing constructive feedback to teams and guiding them towards improvement. Additionally, you will conduct formal performance evaluations at specified intervals, adapting targets as necessary to respond to changing circumstances. Your ability to address and overcome obstacles will be crucial, all while maintaining a balance between goal-setting and adaptability in our dynamic business environment.
We are looking for an individual with strong negotiation skills (especially with external partners), analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a professional and assertive behaviour. We are currently searching for a creative and communicative Event Marketing Manager to join our team in České Budějovice. As the leading distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems and e-vehicle charging stations in Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia we are looking for candidates with at least** five years experience** in event marketing.
As the Event Marketing Manager, your main role will be to plan and run international marketing events. You’ll work closely with our supplier teams in different countries, coordinate marketing activities for our team and manage projects. Builidng good relationships with both internal and external partners is important. You’ll delegate tasks to external suppliers, make sure events run smoothly and respond quickly to feedback.
You’ll take charge of larger projects, ensure they go well and manage activities during company events. You’ll need to come up with creative event ideas and manage our online platforms. You’ll create PR concepts and content that start conversations worldwide, as well as write engaging text and make eye catching graphics.
For this role you’ll need good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of managing online platforms and online marketing, FB business manager, Canva or similar software, excellent English (at least B2 level) and hold a valid driver’s license (group B)

What knowledge and skills should you have
At least 2 years working experience as Solutions Manager
1 year working experience in solar PV industry and/or energy storage system
Technical background is required (experience in electronic/electric engineering background) and have very strong technology understanding of solar panel inverter products and PV system and/or energysotarage systems
Reading and drawing documentation (good knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD)
MS Excel a Word, very good English (min B2), driving license group B
